Due to high demand, Berryfields Parish Council has temporarily closed the allotment waiting list to new applications.

There are currently 21 applicants on the waiting list and, based on current plot turnover, we estimate that it may take at least three years for those currently waiting to be offered a plot.

Whilst we appreciate this may be disappointing, we believe it is fairer and more transparent to close the list temporarily rather than continue accepting applications when plots are unlikely to become available within a reasonable timeframe.

The waiting list will be reviewed periodically and reopened when numbers have reduced.
